Terms & Conditions

  • All orders should be placed at least 24 hours before the delivery.
  • Delivery timings differs on all lead types.
  • You must send in your order information with all pre-requisites to our allocations team or your designated account manager at least 12 hours before the delivery.
  • Payment receipt must be shared on every order via email, whats-app or skype.
  • Deliveries will be made till 1 am in the night
  • We will not take any orders after 5 pm in the evening.
  • Late orders will be delivered on the next day.
  • Disposition reports are mandatory for all complaint’s resolution.
  • Lead replacement may take up to 24-72 hours depending on the availability.
  • We accept Daily and Weekly orders.
  • Weekly orders will always be given preference over daily orders.
  • Orders will only be confirmed after pre-payment. We don't do verbal confirmations.
